Catholic events do not get much grander than this.

Unless you have the opportunity to see the Pope in person -- such as those blessed with having been able to travel to Philadelphia in 2015 -- this is an event of a lifetime.  Not to mention that it is taking place in the Diocese of Birmingham -- Birmingham, Alabama! With plans of thousands of Catholics being gathered together in one central location -- The Birmingham Jefferson Civic Center -- this will definitely be something to tell the grand children about.

 So what is a Eucharistic Congress about anyway?

Well, as the name implies, it is focused on the Eucharist, that source and summit of our Catholic faith.  

That's right, a weekend dedicated to the Eucharist and our relationship with the Real Presence of Christ!
